中西医结合专业临床实习教学改革的几点体会

通过对医学教育面临的基本问题和临床实习教学所存在困难的分析以及就目前所遇到的问题进行实习教育改革、建立教育评估的方法及体会,提出为适应21世纪社会与医疗环境的快速变化及世界性的医学教育思潮(特别是全球医学毕业生最低医学基本七项要求),实习教育的改革理念应是:促进医学生在知识、技术、态度的均衡发展,培养分析及解决问题的能力,重视伦理道德修养,强调改变过去以教师为中心的学习方式为以学生为中心的学习方式,培养团队合作、终生学习能力.通过改革提高中西医结合专业的教育水平.

Experience in reforming clinical teaching of integrated Western and Chinese medicine program

This paper discusses basic problems in medical education and difficulties in clinical teaching and medical practice. The writers' experience and suggestion for reform together with methods of reform and ways to establish educational evaluation system are also mentioned. To adapt to rapid change of social and medical environment of the 21st century and the new thoughts of world medical education (especially the 7 minimum requirements for global medical graduates), education of medical practice should be reformed in the following aspects: promoting students' development in knowledge, skill and attitude; training their abilities to analyze and solve problems; emphasizing moral cultivation; taking student-centered learning method instead of the former teacher-centered method; strengthening team cooperation and cultivating ability to learn all life long. The purpose of such reform is to upgrade educational level of the integrated Western and Chinese medicine program.
