| 摘 要： | 目的探讨IgA肾病病理改变与临床表现间的关系。方法分析了85例IgA肾病患者病理分级与前驱感染、肉眼血尿、肾区疼痛、高血压、肾功能改变、是否表现为肾病综合征及镜下血尿程度等临床表现之间的相关关系。结果 IgA肾病的五种病理分级与肌酐、尿素氮之间差异有显著性(P0.05),与前驱感染、肉眼血尿、肾区疼痛、高血压、肾功能改变、是否表现为肾病综合征及镜下血尿程度等临床表现无相关关系(P0.05)。结论 IgA肾病病人的五种病理分级与肾功改变有相关关系,为判定预后及临床治疗提供依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between clinical manifestation and the pathologic change of IgA nephropathy（IgAN）.Methods pathologic classification of 85 IgAN patients were compared to analyze the correlation with the clinical features of pre-infection,gross hematuria,renal area pain,hypertension,.renal fuction change,confirmed to clinical features of nephritic syndrome or not and The degree of Microscopic hematuria.Results The five pathologic classification of IgA nephropathy maybe associated with Creatinine and Urea nitrogen（P0.05）,unassociated with pre-infection,gross hematuria,renal area pain,hypertension,renal fuction change,confirmed to clinical features of nephritic syndrome or not and the degree of microscopic hematuria（P0.05）.Conclusion There were significant differences between five pathologic classification and renal function changes of IgA nephropathy,Providing basis for judging prognosis and clinical treatment. |
