生脉注射液拮抗多巴胺依赖的临床疗效

目的:观察生脉注射液拮抗多巴胺药物依赖作用的临床效果。方法:33例多巴胺依赖患者,在常规治疗基础上,治疗组18例静滴生脉注射液协助多巴胺减量停药,对照组15例静滴低分子右旋糖酐注射液协助多巴胺减量停药,观察两组多巴胺停药时间长短。结果:治疗组平均停药时间为41.55 h,对照组平均停药时间为117.16 h,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:生脉注射液拮抗多巴胺药物依赖疗效显著。

Clinical Effect of Shengmai Injection on Antagonizing Dopamine Dependence

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Shengmai Injection for antagonizing dopamine dependence during treatment for heart disease.Method: The treatment group(18 cases) was treated with Shengmai Injection to assisting dopamine discontinuance; the control group (15 cases) was treated with dextran 40, then to be compared the duration of dopamine discontinuance.Result: The mean time of drug discontinuance were 41.55 hours and 117.16 hours in treated group and controlled group respectively, there was a obvious difference between two groups( P < 0.01 ).Conclusion: Shengmai Injection is more effective on antagonize effect of dopamine dependence.
