产后抑郁症患者的社区护理干预

目的 研究产后抑郁症患者实施社区护理干预后的临床效果.方法 把124例患有产后抑郁症的患者随机分成实验组及对照组,对照组62例给予常规产后检查,实验组62例给予常规产后检查并联合社区护理干预措施.两组分别在产后7 d和产后28 d按照抑郁自评量表标准以及爱丁堡抑郁量表标准进行评分.结果 进行社区护理干预措施21 d后,实验组两种评分标准都显著比对照组低(P<0.05).结论 对患有产后抑郁症的患者进行社区护理干预措施,能使症状显著改善,可以显著增加产妇的生活质量.

Community nursing intervention for patients with postpartum depression

Objective Study of postpartum depression patients in the implementation of community nursing intervention on clinical effects after.Methods 124 patients suffering from postpartum depression patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,62 cases in the control group received routine postnatal examination,62 cases of the experimental group was given routine postnatal examination combined with community nursing intervention measures.The two groups were at postnatal day 7and day 28 postpartum in accordance with the self-rating depression scale standard as well as the Edinburgh depression scale standard score.Results Community nursing intervention21 days later,the experimental group two scoring criteria were significantly lower than those in the control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion For patients suffering from postpartum depression in community nursing intervention measures,can cause the symptoms improved significantly,can significantly increase the maternal quality of life.
