二甲双胍联合格列吡嗪治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效研究

目的分析研究二甲双胍联合格列吡嗪治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效和安全性。方法将122例2型糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各61例,观察组给予二甲双胍和格列吡嗪,对照组仅给予二甲双胍片,观察记录治疗12周前后糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FPG)及餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)和不良事件的发生情况。结果用药前两组患者各指标比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。用药12周后两组FPG、2hPG和HbA1c较用药前均显著下降(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组下降更显著(P<0.05)。观察组5例出现不良反应,对照组6例出现不良反应,两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论二甲双胍联合格列吡嗪治疗2型糖尿病,疗效优于单用二甲双胍片,且不良事件发生率并未增加,有良好的安全性。

Clinical Efficacy of Metformin Plus Glipizide on the Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To assess clinical efficacy and safety of metformin plus glipizide tablets in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 122 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group,61 cases in each group.The patients in observation group were treated with metformin plus glipizide tablets,the patients in control group were treated with only metformin.HbAlc,fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 hours postprandial plasma glucose(2hPG)and adverse events were observed before and after the treatment.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,FPG,2hPG and HbAlC in both groups were significantly lower than before the treatment(P<0.05),and those in observation group were significantly lower than in control group(P<0.05).There were 5 cases of adverse reactions in the observation group and 6 cases of adverse reactions in the control group,there were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Metformin plus glipizide tablets in treatment of type 2 diabetes has better efficacy than metformin,and good safety without increasing the rate of adverse reaction.
