脂肪乳注射用大豆油的精制法

 目的:去除大豆油所含的胶质、游离脂肪酸、色素、热原、豆腥成分及高熔点的甘油醋等杂质,使精制大豆油适于制备静脉用脂肪乳注射液。方法:用物理化学方法精制,包括脱胶、脱酸、脱色、吸附、脱臭、低温过滤和高温灭菌。结果:精制大豆油的色泽、酸价、过氧化值、不皂化物及水分含量均低于国外药典精制大豆油质量标准。结论:精制大豆油制成的脂肪乳注射液

Refinement of soybean oil for fat emulsion injection

OBJECTIVEThe colloid,free fat acids,pigments,pyro gen,odourousingredients and high melting triglycerids with point were removed f rom the soybean oilfor the preparation of fat emulsion intravenously.METHODThe cool-press soybean oil was refined through physic aland chemical processes including degum,deacid,decoloration,adsorption,deodour zation,lowfiltration under temperature and autoclave,respectively.RESULTSThe color,acidvalue,peroxide value,unsafonifiable matter and wate r residue of the refined soybean oilwere accorded with the criteria of the refi ned soybean oil of some foreignpharmacopoeias.CONCLUSIONAny side effects were hardly observed when the fatemulsion prepared with the refin ed soybean oil was given to animals andpatients.Therefore,the refin ed soybean oil was considered to be suitable for the use inpreparation of fat e mulsion for intravenous adminstration.
