海拔3700~5380m居住1年的青年结膜微循环的变化

摘    要:本文对居住海拔1400m(30人)、3700m(30人)、4300m(20人)、5070m(25人)、5380m(25人)1年的青年现场检测了结膜微循环。结果:海拔5000m以上,60%的人员血液出现粒流,部分出现粒缓流,100%红细胞发生聚集;管周水肿的发生率超过88%,动静脉短路超过60%,部分人员出现微血管边缘不齐和囊状扩张。上述改变在海拔3700m以下的人群中均未发生。其它微血管改变随海拔高度升高发生率和严重程度随之增加,但海拔5380m微血管数增生较5070m减少。

Abstract:In this paper, it was observed the conjunctiva of the youths who had lived at different high altitudes for one year (30 people at 1400m altitude above see level, 30 ones at 3700m, 20 ones at 4300m, 25 ones at 5070m and 25 ones at 5380m). The results showed that the granulous - flow of blood was found in 60% subjects and slow granulous -flow in some ones, the assemble of red blood cells in 100% ones, the edema around small vessels in over 80% ones, the short circute between artery and vein in over 60% people, the unclear border and bag -like expansion in microvessels in some ones. All of these changes were not observed in those subjects who lived under 3700m altitudes. The higher the altitude was, the more obvious the changes were. But the numher of the increased microvessels of the subjects at 5380m above sea level was lees than that at 5070m.
