银屑灵涂膜剂治疗银屑病的实验研究

目的研究中药银屑灵涂膜剂局部外用对雌激素周期小白鼠阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂和小鼠尾部鳞片表皮颗粒层形成的影响.方法实验1,将小白鼠随机分为5组,即正常组、造模组、阳性治疗组(蒽林软膏)、实验低剂量组(银屑灵,0.05 g/mL)、实验高剂量组(银屑灵,0.2 g/mL),每组12只.比较各组小鼠阴道上皮细胞的有丝分裂指数.实验2,将小鼠随机分为4组,即空白组、阳性治疗组(蒽林软膏)、实验低剂量组、实验高剂量组,每组8只.比较每组小鼠有颗粒层形成的鳞片数的均数.结果实验1中,阳性治疗组、实验高剂量组平均有丝分裂指数均低于造模组, P＜0.01,实验低剂量组与造模组比较有显著性差异,P＜0.05.两实验组与阳性治疗组比较无显著性差异, P＞0.05.实验2中,两实验组与阳性治疗组鼠尾颗粒层形成的鳞片数值比较无显著性差异P＞0.05.结论中药银屑灵涂膜剂与蒽林软膏疗效一致,但在剂型上优于蒽林软膏.

Experimental Research of Yinxieling Film on Psoriasis

Objective: To study the influence of Yingxieling Film on the mitosis of vaginal epithelial cell and the scale at epidermal granular layer of tail in mice at estrogen intervae. Methods: there were 5 groups each containing 12 animals: normal group (1 group), model group (2 group), Enlin group (3 group), low dosage treatment group (4 group, 0.05 g/mL), high dosage treatment group (5 group, 0.2 g/mL). And the indexes of mitosis in different groups were compared. In order to compare the average scales in each group, 32 mice were divided into 4 groups each containing 8 mice, normal group (1 group), Enlin group (2 group), low dosage treatment group (3 group), high dosage treatment group (4 group). Results: In experiment 1, the indexes of mitosis in 3,4,5 groups were lower than in 2 group, P<0.01, and they were also lower in 4 group than in model group, P>0.05. In experiment 2, there was no difference of effect between two treatment groups and Enlin group, P>0.05. Conclusion: The effect of Yinxieling Film is the same as that of Enlin Ointment, but with a better preparation form.
