磁共振成像对鼻咽癌的诊断价值

作者分析了80例鼻咽癌的MRI表现，探讨了MRI对鼻咽癌的诊断价值。结果表明，鼻咽癌病灶在T1加权像多为等信号，T2加权像多为高信号，MRI能清楚地显示肿瘤向深层组织结构的浸润、颅底骨质破坏和颅内侵犯以及并发的颈部淋巴结转移。MRI的主要作用在于精确地显示病变的浸润范围，对鼻咽癌临床分期、放疗照射野的设计及判断预后有重要意义。

Dinagnotic values of MRI in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma

Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)of 80 cases with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC ) were reviewed to evaluate the values of MRI in diagnosing NPC. Most tumors showed low to medium signal intemsity on T1 weighted imaging and medium or high signal intensity on T2 weighted imaging. MRI was sensitive in detecting adjacent soft tissue,skull base and intracranial invasions and the metastatic lymph nodes. Our resultts indiate that MRI could exactly display the extent of tumor infiltration and is helpful in clinical staging,desinging the radiation ports and prodicting the progress of NPC.
