腹水浓缩回输术治疗肝硬化腹水42例的护理

目的总结腹水超滤浓缩回输腹腔治疗肝硬化顽固性腹水的护理要点及注意事项。方法对42例肝硬化顽固性腹水患者行腹水超滤浓缩回输腹腔治疗，治疗前后进行心理护理，严格无菌技术操作，保持管路通畅，密切观察病情，预防并发症等护理措施。结果42例患者均顺利完成治疗，治疗前后症状、腹围、尿量、血浆白蛋白及腹水蛋白都有显著性差异，自觉症状明显减轻，无护理并发症发生。结论应用腹水超滤浓缩回输腹腔治疗肝硬化顽固性腹水是一种安全有效的方法，加强术前、术中、术后护理是保证治疗顺利进行并获得良好疗效的重要条件。

Nursing Care to 42 Cases with Cirrhosis Obstinate Ascite Treated by Transfusion of Uitrafiltrated and Concentrated Self-ascite

Objective To summarize the key processes of nursing care to cases with cirrhosis obstinate ascite treated by transfusion of ultrafiltrated and concentrated self-ascite. Method Nursing care including psychological nursing, strict aseptic manipulation, unobstructed canales, close attention to state of illness, prevention of complicated diseases, etc. were carried out among 42 cases. Result The treatment process was smoothly brought to success in all the 42 cases. After treatment, the indices in symptoms, abdominal perimeter, amount of urine, plasma albumin, and ascite albumen were all significantly improved. Besides, no nursing care complication occurred. Conclusion Strengthening the nursing care before, after and in the process of transfusion of ultrafiltrated and concentrated self-ascite is the prerequisite for effective treatment.
