吻合器痔环切术联合直肠前突修补对直肠前突的疗效

目的：观察吻合器痔环切术（PPH 术）联合直肠前突修补治疗直肠前突（RC）的临床疗效。方法选取直肠前突患者116例，依据治疗方案不同分为治疗组56例及对照组60例，治疗组给予 PPH 术联合直肠前突修补治疗，对照组采用传统经肛门直肠前突修补术治疗，对比2组术后直肠前突深度变化，术后排便情况及 LONGOODS 评分改善情况。结果治疗组术后直肠前突深度明显低于对照组（P ﹤0.05）；2组术后近期疗效比较无统计学意义（P ﹥0.05），治疗组远期疗效显著优于对照组（P ﹤0.05）。结论 PPH 术联合直肠前突修补术治疗直肠前突远期疗效优于传统经肛门直肠前突修补术，疗效确切。

PPH in combined with rectocele repair in treatment of rectocele

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of PPH in combined with rectocele repair in the treatment of rectocele(RC). Methods A total of 116 RC patients who were admitted in our hospital from April,2012 to June, 2014 were included in the study and divided into the observation group(n = 56)and the control group(n = 60)ac-cording to the different treatment protocols. The patients in the observation group were given PPH in combined with rectocele repair. The patients in the control group were given the traditional transanal rectocele repair. The change of RC depth after operation,the postoperative defecation,and the improvement of LONGOODS score in the two groups were compared. Results The postoperative RC depth in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05). The comparison of short-term effect between the two groups was not statistically significant (P ﹥ 0. 05). The long-term effect in the observation group was significantly superior to that in the control group(P ﹤0. 05). Conclusion PPH in combined with rectocele repair in the treatment of RC has a better long-term effect that by the traditional transanal rectocele repair with an accurate efficacy;therefore,it deserves to be widely recommended in the clinic.
