| 摘 要： | 糖尿病胃轻瘫（DGP）发生的根本原因是胃肠功能紊乱，胃肠激素是调节胃肠运动的重要因素。血浆和胃组织中胃肠激素含量变化在糖尿病胃动力障碍的发病中发挥重要作用。现已证实，胃动素（MTL）、胃泌素（GAS）、生长抑素（SS）、血管活性肠肽（VIP）、P 物质（SP）等在消化道运动功能调节方面起重要作用。探索胃肠激素与 DGP 发病机制，胃肠激素与 DGP 病程关系，可为 DGP 的治疗提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | Root causes of diabetic gastroparesis(DGP)occurring gastrointestinal dysfunction,gastrointestinal hor-mones are an important factor in regulating gastrointestinal motility. Plasma and stomach tissue changes of gastrointesti-nal hormone content plays an important role in the pathogenesis of diabetic gastric motility disorder. In order to under-stand the pathogenesis of gastrointestinal hormones on DGP mechanisms and relations were developing in the course of this review. |
