强直性脊柱炎中医证治思路

中医认为，强直性脊柱炎的发病是内因和外因相互作用的结果，先天禀赋不足，督脉亏虚是发病的根本原因，复因饮食不节，涉水冒雨，起居失于调节，或房劳过度，损伤肾气，或过逸之人，缺少锻炼，引起气血不足，腠理空虚，致卫阳不固，风寒湿诸邪乘虚而入致使病发。应用温针灸、中药熏蒸、火针、长蛇灸等自然疗法，凸显中医药对本病治疗的特色和优势。既避免了激素、免疫抑制剂、非甾体类抗炎药物的毒副作用，又对本病达到标本兼治的效果。
