中药外洗联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗血瘀型银屑病

目的：观察中药外洗联合窄谱中波紫外线（NB-UVB）治疗血瘀型银屑病的临床疗效及安全性。方法将门诊48例血瘀型银屑病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组24例。治疗组中药外洗方泡洗，同时采用NB-UVB 照射，对照组仅采用 NB-UVB 照射，疗程均为8周。结果治疗组在临床症状改善与显效率（87.50℅）方面优于对照组（66.67℅），差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。结论中药外洗联合窄谱中药紫外线治疗血瘀型银屑病，具有改善血流动力学、改善微循环、抗炎等作用，有较好的临床疗效。

NB-UVB combined with traditional Chinese wash outside in treatment of blood stasis psoriasis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of narrow-band ultraviolet B combined with tra-ditional Chinese wash outside in the treatment of blood stasis psoriasis. Methods 48 patients with blood stasis psoria-sis were randomly divided into two groups,each group was of 24 cases. The observation group was taken with NB-UVB combined with traditional Chinese medicine wash outside ,and the control group was taken NB-UVB radiation therapy. The patients in both groups all received 8 weeks of treatment. Results The improvement in cilinical symptoms and re-markably effective rete in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,indicating the significant difference(P ﹤ 0. 01). Conclusion NB-UVB combined with traditional Chinese medicine wash outside in the treat-ment of blood stasis psoriasis can achieve remakbale clinical efficacy.
