急性胰腺炎的循证护理疗效观察

目的 观察急性胰腺炎应用循证护理的临床疗效.方法 将46例急性胰腺炎住院患者按就诊顺序编号随机分为两组.对照组23例予常规外科护理,观察组23例在常规外科护理的基础上予以循证护理;观察两组在痊愈率、并发症发生率、手术率、病死率、护理满意率上的差别.结果 在痊愈率、并发症发生率、手术率、病死率、护理满意率方面观察组与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 急性胰腺炎的循证护理能促进患者的康复,提升痊愈率,降低并发症发生率、手术率及死亡率,并能提高护理满意率,值得临床推广.

Efficacy observation of evidence-based nursing in acute pancreatitis

Objective To observe clinical efficacy of evidence-based nursing for acute pancreatitis.Methods 46 hospitalized patients with acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into two groups according to the number of visiting sequence.23 cases in control group received conventional surgical care,23 cases in observation group received evidence-based nursing care on the basis of conventional surgery care.And then we observed the cure rate,complications rate,surgery rate,mortality rate,nursing satisfaction rate of two groups.Result There were statistically significant differences in the cure rate,complications rate,surgery rate,mortality rate,nursing satisfaction rate between observation group and control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based care in acute pancreatitis can promote the rehabilitation in patients,improve the cure rate,reduce the incidence of complications,surgery and mortality,and improve nursing satisfaction,worthy of clinical promotion.
