整体护理对脑卒中后吞咽困难患者的康复作用

目的：探究中医特色整体护理对脑卒中后吞咽困难患者康复作用的护理疗效。方法选取我院脑卒中后吞咽困难患者90例，采用随机数字表分为观察组和对照组，各45例，对照组仅给予常规护理，观察组则在对照组的基础上加用针灸、按摩、中药等中医综合护理，2组均护理4周后，比较 2组护理疗效、吞咽困难症状积分改善情况。结果 2组吞咽困难症状均有所缓解，观察组症状积分降低程度明显高于对照组（ P ﹤0.05）；2组临床症状有所改善，观察组总有效率为82.22℅，对照组总有效率为75.56℅（P ﹤0.05）。结论整体护理能够刺激患者神经中枢，促进肌肉活动，明显改善脑卒中后患者吞咽困难的症状，且无毒副作用。

Comprehensive nursing care of traditional Chinese medicine application of therapy in stroke patients

Objective TCM comprehensive therapy in patients with sequela of use. Methods Our 90 cases of sequelae of stroke,using random number tables were randomly divided into two groups,each group of 45 people,inclu-ding control group received routine care,the observation group is used in the control group on the basis of acupunc-ture,massage,Chinese medicine TCM comprehensive care,both groups care for 2 weeks. Nursing after the detection in patients with clinical efficacy comparison and nursing of patients after kouyanwaixie,speech,symptoms such as dys-phagia score improvements. Results By nursing Hou,two group patients kouyanwaixie,and language adverse,and swallowing difficult,symptoms are has ease observation group symptoms points reduced degree obviously above control group,two group results has significantly sex differences,has statistics meaning(P ﹤ 0. 05);II nursing,two groups of patients with clinical symptoms improved,total effective rate 82. 22℅ after patients in the observation group,control group effective rate of nursing in patients with 75. 56℅ ,total effective rate in the experimental group than in the con-trol group,results in two groups were significantly different,there was statistical significance(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion TCM integrated nursing can stimulus patients nerve center,promote muscle activities,obviously improved stroke se-quelae patients kouyanwaixie,and language adverse,and swallowing difficult,symptoms,and effect significantly opera-tion simple no side effects,on clinical has guide meaning,worth clinical promotion.
