| 摘 要： | 目的 评价基于微信群的延续性护理在白血病PICC置管患者中的应用效果.方法 将164例PICC置管的白血病患者中的76例设为观察组,88例设为对照组.观察组以微信群的方式实施延续护理,对照组按照常规方法给予护理.结果 观察组PICC导管相关并发症的发生率低于对照组,患者的依从性及满意度高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 基于微信群的延续性护理在白血病PICC置管患者中的应用效果良好,降低了并发症,提高了患者的依从性和满意度,临床效果好,值得推广.

The application of continuous nursing based on WeChat group in AML patients with peripherally inserted central catheter |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the application effect of continuous nursing based on WeChat group in AML patients with peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC).Methods 164 AML patients with PICC were randomly divided into observation group and control group.76 patients in observation group were treated with continuous nursing based on WeChat group,while 88 patients in control group were treated with routine nursing care.Results The rate of complications related to PICC of observation group was lower than that of control group,compliance and satisfaction of patients were higher than those of control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing based on WeChat group has significant application effect in AML patients with PICC,which can reduce the incidence of complications,improve patients' treatment compliance and satisfaction,worthy of clinical promotion. |
