| 摘 要： | 动脉粥样硬化(AS)的形成有一个渐进的过程,受到多重因素的影响,尤其是脂质紊乱。AS已经成为严重危害人类健康的疾病。但是,并不是所有的AS都可诱发心脑血管疾病,主要与斑块是否稳定有关。如果不给予有效的干预措施,就会导致临床心脑血管事件的发生。目前,虽然多种药物可稳定易损斑块,但缺少最佳的干预和治疗方法。因此,对斑块易损性的研究与干预已成为研究的热点。

| Abstract: | The formation of atherosclerosis(AS)is a gradual process.It is subjected to multiple factors,especially lipid disorders.AS has become a serious diseases hazarded to human health.However,not all AS can induce cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease,which is mainly related to the stability of the plaque.If effective interventions are not provided,it will lead to clinical cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events.Currently,a variety of drugs can stabilize vulnerable plaques,but optimal intervention and treatment is still not found.Therefore,research and intervention of plaque vulnerability has become a research hotspot. |
