抗敏合剂联合盐酸左西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效观察

目的：观察抗敏合剂联合盐酸左西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效和不良反应。方法：选取荆门市皮肤病防治院门诊102例慢性荨麻疹病例，其中联合组（51例）口服抗敏合剂，每次1袋（100mL），每日3次，同时口服盐酸左西替利嗪10mg，每日1次；单用组（51例）单独口服盐酸左西替利嗪，用法同联合组。2组均连续治疗4周，分别于治疗第7、14、28天比较2组瘙痒程度、风团数目、风团最大直径和风团持续时间，并比较2组疗效，同时于治疗结束时比较2组不良反应。结果：2组治疗第7、14、28天，联合组瘙痒程度、风团数目、风团最大直径和风团持续时间均显著小于单用组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；联合组治疗结束时有效率为90．20％，单用组为72．55％，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。2组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），且联合组未见口干等不良反应。结论：抗敏合剂联合盐酸左西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效确切，安全性较好。

Efficacy Observation of Kangmin Mixture Combined with Levocetirizine Dihydrochloride for Chronic Urticaria

OBJECTIVE： To observe therapeutic efficacy and ADR of Kangmin mixture combined with levocetirizine dihydro- chloride for chronic urticaria. METHODS： 102 patients with chronic urticaria in outpatient department of Jiangmen Skin Diseases hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Combination group （51 cases） was given Kangrnin mixture 100 mL orally 3 times a day and levocetirizine dihydrochloride 10 mg once a day; single drug group （51 cases） received Levocetirizine dihydrochloride 10 mg once a day. 2 groups received treatment for consecutive 4 weeks, and the extent of pruritus, the number of wheal, maximum wheal size and the duration of wheal were compared between 2 groups on 7th, 14th and 28th day. Therapeutic efficacies were compared be- tween 2 groups, and ADR were also compared at the end of treatment. RESULTS： The extent of pruritus, the number of wheal, maximum wheal size and the duration of wheal were significantly smaller in combination group than in single drug group on 7th, 14th and 28th day, there was statistical significance （P〈0.05） ; the effective rate of combination group was 90.20%, and that of single drug group was 72.55 %, there was statistical significance between 2 groups （P〈0.05）. The incidence of ADR had no significant difference between 2 groups （P〉0.05）, and no dry mouth was found in combination group. CONCLUSION： Kangrnin mixture combined with levocetirizine dihydrochloride is effective and safe in the treatment of chronic urticaria.
