中医辨证配合西医方法治疗慢性肾小球肾炎对照研究

[目的]探讨中医辨证配合西医方法治疗慢性肾小球肾炎(CGN)的临床效果。[方法]将78例CGN患者,分为中医治疗组及西医对照组,对照组39例使用西药对症治疗;治疗组39例在对照组治疗基础上加用中医辨证治疗,治疗2个疗程后观察疗效以及相关指标。[结果]治疗组总有效率92.30%,明显优于西医组76.90%(P<0.05);两组24h尿蛋白定量及Scr、BUN均较治疗前降低,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中医辨证配合西医方法治疗慢性肾小球肾炎临床疗效显著。

Chinese Medicine Combined with Western Medicine Treatment of Chronic Glomerulonephritis Case-control Study

[Objective]To explore TCM with western medicine for treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis(CGN)clinical effect.[Methods]78 cases of CGN patients,divided into treatment group and Western medicine group,39 cases in the control group using western medicine symptomatic treatment;treatment group and 39 cases in the control group treated with TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,after 2 courses of treatment to observe the curative effect and related indexes.[Results]The total effective rate of treatment group was better than the western medicine group,92.30%,76.90%(P < 0.05);two groups of 24h urine protein,BUN and Scr were lower than those before therapy,the treatment group than in control group(P < 0.05)[.Conclusion] Chinese medicine combined with western medicine for treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis clinical curative effect.
