气管切开术后气道湿化加雾化吸入的疗效观察

摘    要:目的探讨气管切开术后气道应用持续湿化加雾化吸入的疗效。方法将80例气管切开患者随机分为对照组(A组,40例)与实验组(B组,40例),A组采用微量泵持续气道给药湿化,B组采用持续湿化加雾化吸入法,比较2组患者肺部感染持续时间,气管置管时间及并发症发生情况。结果B组肺部感染持续时间、气管置管时间、明显短于A组,A组气管置管期间并发症发生明显高于B组(P<0.05)。结论气管切开术后持续气道湿化加雾化吸入效果明显优于单纯持续气道湿化法。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of continuous airway humidification plus atomization inhalation on patients with tracheostomy.Methods 80 patients with tracheostomy were randomly divided into the control group (40 cases) and the experiment group (40 cases). The control group received continuous airway humidification in trachea by micro-injection pumps, while the experiment group received the same method plus atomization inhalation. The duration of pulmonary infection, the time of tracheotomy tube keeping and the complications were observed.Results The duration of pulmonary infection, the time of tracheotomy tube keeping in the experiment group were shorter than those in control group, and the complications in the control group were more than that in the experiment group significantly(P<0.05).Conclusions Continuous airway humidification plus atomization inhalation on patients with tracheostomy is a better method than just using the continuous airway humidification.
