| Abstract: | Appropriate use of biomarkers is clinically important for identifying heart failure in its early stage, managing patients, and optimizing risk stratification. This article describes traditional and emerging heart failure biomarkers, and their clinical value in the early diagnosis and prevention of heart failure. |
