摘    要:卵黄免疫球蛋白(IgY)由于其独特的分子结构和稳定性能,使得IgY的制备成为抗体领域的研究热点。核酸疫苗作为一种新型疫苗,在生产成本、免疫剂量和免疫保护力等方面比大多数传统疫苗更具有优势。核酸疫苗制备IgY结合了两者的优点,比常规免疫方法更具有优势,产生的IgY适用范围也更广。本文综述了一种经济、快速的IgY制备方法:核酸疫苗制备IgY。

Abstract:Because of the unique molecular structure and stable performance of yolk immunoglobulin(IgY) ,it has been a hot spot in the field of antibody. As a new type of vaccine, nucleic acid vaccine has more advantages than most traditional vaccines in production cost, immune dose and immune protection. The approach combines the advantages of nucleic acid vaccine and IgY production in egg yolk and suck IgY has wide scope of application. In this review,we introduce a quick and inexpensive production method of IgY: IgY produced by nucleic acid vaccine immunization.
