常用动物实验麻醉药物对大鼠心血管系统的影响

目的：探讨不同动物实验麻醉药物对大鼠心血管系统的影响。方法：采用BioPac MP150动态记录四种麻醉药物麻醉后大鼠的心电图、血压,采集麻醉后不同时间点大鼠的血糖以及实验终点肝肾功能、心肌酶、电解质。结果：水合氯醛可引起严重的室性心律失常,异氟烷对心率有抑制作用,戊巴比妥钠可引起大鼠心电图P波增高,乌拉坦可引起大鼠心电图J点抬高。乌拉坦、戊巴比妥钠均有升高动脉收缩压的作用。戊巴比妥钠、异氟烷有降低谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶的作用,水合氯醛可引CK升高,异氟烷可降CK、CKMB,水合氯醛、戊巴比妥钠、异氟烷有降低肌酐的作用,四种麻醉药物均有降低尿酸、血钠、血钾的作用。结论：水合氯醛对心血管系统的影响明显,不适合用于心血管病的动物实验研究,戊巴比妥钠、乌拉坦、异氟烷可适当选择作为心血管病的动物实验研究。

The Impact of Anesthetic Drugs Commonly Used in Animal Experiments on Cardiovascular System of Rats

Objective: To explore the Impact of different anesthetic drugs commonly used in animal experiments on cardiovascular system of rats.Methods:Recording electrocardiogram(ECG) and blood pressure dynamically througy BioPac MP150 after anesthesia.In addition,collecting blood glucose at different time-points and hepatic function,kidney function,cardiac enzyme,electrolytes at the end of the test.Rusults:Chloral hydrate can cause severe ventricular arrhythmias.Isoflurane had inhibitory effect on heart rate.Pentobarbital Sodium can induce ECG P wave increased.Urethane can cause J point elevation of ECG. Blood pressure in urethane and pentobarbital sodium groups were higher.Alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase in pentobarbitol sodium and isoflurane groups were decreased.Chloral hydrate may cause CK to be raised,while isoflurane may have the opposite effect on CK and CKMB.Creatinine in chloral hydrate, pentobarbital sodium and isoflurane groups were lower,and so does uric acid, serum sodium, serum potassium in four groups.Conclusion: Chloral hydrate had obvious effects on the cardiovascular system,it was not suitable for animal studies on cardiovascular disease.Ppentobarbital sodium, urethane, isoflurane can be chosen as animal studies on cardiovascular disease.
