摘    要:肠道和肝之间通过肠-肝轴紧密相连,肠道疾病可以影响肝功能,肝疾病也可以诱发肠道菌群和功能的改变。无菌动物是一种身体所有部位都没有任何活的细菌、真菌、病毒及寄生虫的动物,无菌动物的出现为研究微生物与宿主之间的相互作用提供了有力的实验工具。同时,由于无菌动物缺乏正常肠道菌群的特点,它在肠-肝轴的研究中也起到了极大的推进作用。本文将对无菌动物在肠-肝轴中的应用前景做简要综述。

Abstract:Intestine and liver have very closely relationship due to the gut-liver axis,intestinal disease can affect the liver function,and the liver disease may also induce intestinal disorders.The germ-free animals have no living bacteria,fungi,viruses and parasites.The appearance of germ-free animals provides a powerful experimental tool for studying the interaction between the host and the intestinal microorganisms.At the same time,due to the characteristics of lacking normal intestinal flora,germ-free animals play a great role in promoting the study of gut-liver axis.In this paper,we will briefly review the application prospects of germ-free animals in the research of gut-liver axis.
