110株金黄色葡萄球菌的临床分布特点及耐药性分析

目的:调查金黄色葡萄球菌的临床分布及耐药性,为临床诊断及治疗提供可靠依据。方法:采集临床可疑感染患者的标本,进行细菌分离培养和鉴定,以CLSI推荐的纸片扩散法进行药敏试验,结果按CLSI标准判定。对2006年分离的110株金黄色葡萄球菌进行临床分布及耐药性分析。结果:耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)83株占75.5%,甲氧西林敏感金黄色葡萄球菌(MSSA)27株占24.5%。MRSA对万古霉素、复方新诺明的耐药率分别是0%、1.2%,对其他抗生素呈多重耐药;MSSA对多种抗生素敏感。结论:MRSA已是医院感染的重要病原茵,万古霉素、复方新诺明对本研究的MRSA有较高活性。重视临床微生物学检查,依据药敏结果优化选择抗生素,是提高感染治愈率的关键。

Characteristic and Antibiotic Sensitivity of 110 Strains Staphylococcus Aureus Infection
