脑外伤后血浆内皮素-1含量变化

观察内皮素（ＥＴ）在脑外伤中的变化。急性脑外伤病人 ５６例，按格拉斯哥评分（ＧＣＳ）分为轻、中、重 ３组，又于外伤后（或术后１０ ｄ末）进行格拉斯哥结果评分（ＧＯＳ），用放射免疫法分别测定血浆ＥＴ－１含量。结果：脑外伤后 ＥＴ－ｌ含量显著增加，而且与脑外伤严重程度有关；血浆 ＥＴ－１含量与病人预后（ＧＯＳ）也密切相关，含量越高，预后越差。结论：ＥＴ－１参与脑外伤后继发神经元损伤。

CHANGES OF ENDOTHELIN-1 IN PATIENTS WITH TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY

PURPOSE Endothelin (ET) is a potent vasoconstritor, containing 21 amino acids. There are few reports about the changes of ET- 1 in traumatic brain injury (TBI). METHODS 56 patients with TBI were divided into three groups according to glasgow coma score (GCS): light, middle, severe, and at the end of 10 days after TBI or postoperation, these patients were divided into GOS 2/l, GOS 3, GOS 5/ 4 according to glasgow outcome score (GOS). The plasma ET-l were determined by radioimmunoassay (RIA). RESULTS The contents of ET-l in TBI patients were significantly increased compared to control, and the increased degree was concerned with the severe degree of TBI. ET- 1 levels were also associated with GOS: the higher the ET-1 level, the poorer was the outcome. CONCLUSIONS These results suggested that ET-l might take part in the secondary neuron injury after TBI.
