水红花子中槲皮素的含量测定

摘    要:[目的]测定水红花子中槲皮素的含量.[方法]采用紫外分光光度法在25℃下、最大吸收波长为370 nm处对水红花子乙醇提取物进行吸光度测定.[结果]得到槲皮素浓度与吸光度线性方程y=0.015 6x+0.000 9,线性范围为0.004 0~0.011 9 mg/L(r=0.999 2).[结论]紫外分光光度法测定水红花子中槲皮素含量操作简便、快速且灵敏度和准确度高.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE The content of quercetin in the fructus polygoni orientalis was determinated by spectrophotometry. METHODS The detection wavelength was set at 370 nm and temperature at 25 ℃. RESULTS The method was liner within the range of 0.004 0~ 0.011 9 mg/L r=0.999 2 .The average recovery of assay was 96.55% and RSD was 0.78%. CONCLUSION The method appears to be simple,highly accurate and can be used for the determination of the querceti content in fructus polygoni orientalis.
