| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨护理干预减轻未婚女性人工流产术前焦虑的效果。方法：对100例未婚女性意外妊娠而行人工流产术,从进手术室第一时间起,至手术开始,由专人面对面对患者存在的心理问题进行针对性护理干预,分别于进入手术室第一时间及术前10分钟内采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）测评并比较前后的焦虑水平。结果：经护理干预后,患者的焦虑程度较刚进手术室时减轻。结论：加强护理干预能有效降低未婚女性人工流产手术术前的焦虑程度,提高未婚人工流产女性的心理健康水平。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the efficiency of nursing intervention on single female before induced abortion. Methods：While casting induced abortion for single female,assign specific person to implement nursing intervention according to 100 patients＇ psychological surveys. Using SAS （Self-Rating Anxiety Scale） to test anxiety level when entering the operating room and 10 minutes before operation,and comparing the results. Results：As a result of nursing intervention,patient＇s anxiety was noticeably alleviated as compared to being in the operating room. Conclusion：Strengthening the nursing intervention can effectively reduce single female＇s anxiety before induced abortion and enhance their mental health. |
