| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨纤维组织细胞瘤性脑膜瘤(fibrohistocytomytic meningioma,FMA)的临床病理特征。方法：对11例FHM进行临床病理、免疫组化和超微结构研究。结果：本病在临床、光镜、电镜及免疫组化和生物学特性等各个方面，都有其独特表现，手术应尽量切除以防止复发。结论：纤维组织细胞瘤性脑膜瘤的一种少见类型，多呈低度恶性。电镜及免疫组化对本病的诊断具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Purpose To study the clinicopathological characteristics of fibrohistocytomytic meningioma (FHM). Methods 11 cases of FHM were studied by clinicopathology, immunohistochemistry and ultrastructure. Results FHM has its unigue characteristics on several aspects, such as clinical, light microscopic, electron microscopic, immunohistochemical and biological features. Complete operation can prevent its recurrence. Conclusion FHM is an uncommon type of meningiomas, most of them were in lower malignancy. Electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry take important roles in diagnosis of this disease. |
