摘    要:炎症是机体对外界刺激的一种防御性反应,通常情况下对机体是有益的,但其失调则可导致对机体自身组织的攻击而产生病变,因此炎症反应必定要受到机体内外环境的严密调控以保证其正常进行.正常情况下,炎症刺激如病原微生物感染可激活细胞内的多条信号通路,而丝裂原激活的丝裂原激活的蛋白激酶(MAPK)信号传导通路是其中最为重要的一种.双特异性磷酸酶1(DUSP1,又称为MKP1)可特异性地抑制MAPK家族成员p38、JNK和ERK等的活性,是细胞中介导炎症反应的自限以及促进炎症消退的重要调控因子.

Abstract:The inflammatory response, triggered by the external stimuli, is a kind of defensive reactions. It is beneficial in most situations. However, dysregulated inflammatory responses can cause severe tissue damage and the death of the organism. Therefore, inflammatory responses must be tightly regualted to maintain normal body homeostasis. Under normal circumstances, inflammatmy stimulators such as pathogenic microorganisms can activate multiple signal transduction pathways. MAPK pathway is one of the most important pathways in innate immune ceils. Dual specificity phosphatase-1 ( DUSP1, also called MKP1 ) can specifically inhib- it the activity of p38, JNK and ERK, the major members of MAPK family. It plays an important role in the selflimitation of inflammatory responses and the resolution of inflammation.
