| 摘 要： | 目的探讨重大灾难造成多发性创伤伤员转运的护理安全管理方法。方法对5月12日地震中造成多发性创伤并需要转运的30例伤员实施转运前的风险评估及转运途中的安全管理。结果30例伤员均被安全转运，最远的路程用时8h，未发生二次骨科及压疮等并发症。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the nursing safety management method for the multiple wounded patients transportation in severe disaster.Method The patients who suffered multiple wound during the 5.12 earthquake needed transportation.The strategies were carried out through risk assessment before transportation and nursing safety management in process.Result 30 wounded patients were safely transported and it took 8 hours to transfer patients to the place farthest away.No complications,e.g.secondary fracture or pressure... |
