| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨生殖器念珠菌病（GC）合并多因素混合感染的机制，为其临床治疗提供流行病学依据。方法：采用超高倍显微镜常规检查法、超高倍显微镜免疫荧光法、解脲支原体（UU）培养、沙眼衣原体（CT）金标法、淋球菌（NG）培养等方法对泌尿生殖道标本进行检查，结合临床观察分析。结果：在2582例中，GC212例，占8．21％；而在212例伴GC的泌尿生殖道感染的病例中检出线索细胞（CC）48例，G^-双球菌（或NG)13例，G^ 球菌6例，G^＋杆菌33例，G^-短杆菌48例，CT37例，UU44例，滴虫9例；2种或2种以上的病原菌感染占84．30％。结论：性传播疾病（sexually transmitted disease,STD）的混合感染日趋多见，多种检查方法对泌尿生殖道标本检测，才能较准确反映泌尿生殖道感染全貌。
