| 摘 要： | 目的探讨电刺激小脑顶核对急性心肌梗死患者心率变异性的影响。方法选择46例急性心肌梗死患者，随机分为电刺激小脑顶核组（n=23）和对照组（n=23），两组均采用常规治疗；试验组在常规治疗基础上，电刺激小脑顶核。观察治疗前后患者心率变异性的变化。结果治疗1个月后，电刺激小脑顶核使患者心率变异性增加，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论电刺激小脑顶核可有效改善急性心肌梗死患者心率变异性。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effects of fastigial nucleus stimulation（FNS） on heart rate variability（HRV） in patients with acute myocardial infarction（AMI）. Methods Forty-six AMI patients were selected, and were randomly divided into FNS group （n=23）and control group（n=23）. They were treated with routinely therapeutic approach. On the basis of this treatment, FNS group was treated with fastigial nucleus electrostimulation. Before and after treatment, heart rate variability indexes were examined. Results After 1 month, compared with normal control groups,heart rate variability were higher. There was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05-0. 01）. Conclusion Fastigial nucleus electro-stimulation can improve the heart rate variability for AMI patients. |
