| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨副银屑病临床与病理之间的关系,为诊疗提供依据。方法:对22例副银屑病临床表现及病理特征作回顾性分析。结果:22例确诊为副银屑病的病例中,20例为点滴型副银屑病(90%),2例为苔藓样型副银屑病(10%)。结论:正确诊断副银屑病,需要临床与病理相结合。

| Abstract: | To investigate the relation between clinic and histopathology in patients withparapsoriasis and explore the evidence for diagnosis and treatment. Methods: We reviewed the clinicalpicture and pathology in 22 patients with parapsoriasis. Results: In all cases, there were 20 patients(90% ) have been diagnosised as parapsoriasis guttata. 2 patients(10% ) have been diagnosed as para-psoriasis lichenoides. Conclusion: The right diagnosis need diagnostic clue of clinic picture andhistopathology. |
