摘    要:目的探讨应用高效液相色谱法测定黄芪中黄芪甲苷含量的方法。方法高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Hypersil ODS2 5μm,4.6mm×200mm;流动相:乙腈-水(32:68),流速1.0ml/min:检测波长203nm;柱温:室温。结果黄芪甲苷的进样量在2.2~13.2μg范围内有良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,加样回收率为96.6%,RSD为1.82%。结论本法分离度好,干扰小,重复性和稳定性好,是黄芪中黄芪甲苷含量检测的可行有效的分析方法。

Abstract:Objective To develop a method for determination of astragoloside IV in Radix Astragalis with HPLC.Methods The Hypersil ODS2 C18 column was used.The mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile-watar(32:68).The detection wavelength was 203 nm and the Column temperature was room temperature.Results The precision and stability were fine.The linear range of calibration curve was 2.2-13.2μg(r=0.9999) for Radix Astragalis.The average recovery was 96.6% and the RSD was 1.82%(n=5).Conclusion The method had good separability, repeatability and little interference, it can be used for determination of Radix Astragalis.
