| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用高效液相色谱法测定黄芪中黄芪甲苷含量的方法。方法高效液相色谱法，色谱柱：Hypersil ODS2 5μm，4．6mm×200mm；流动相：乙腈-水（32：68），流速1．0ml／min：检测波长203nm；柱温：室温。结果黄芪甲苷的进样量在2．2～13．2μg范围内有良好的线性关系，r=0．9999，加样回收率为96．6％，RSD为1．82％。结论本法分离度好，干扰小，重复性和稳定性好，是黄芪中黄芪甲苷含量检测的可行有效的分析方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To develop a method for determination of astragoloside IV in Radix Astragalis with HPLC.Methods The Hypersil ODS2 C18 column was used.The mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile-watar（32：68）.The detection wavelength was 203 nm and the Column temperature was room temperature.Results The precision and stability were fine.The linear range of calibration curve was 2.2-13.2μg（r=0.9999） for Radix Astragalis.The average recovery was 96.6% and the RSD was 1.82%（n=5）.Conclusion The method had good separability, repeatability and little interference, it can be used for determination of Radix Astragalis. |
