山东省第四次碘缺乏病监测结果及分析

目的了解山东省碘缺乏病防治现状,正确评价碘缺乏病防治效果,为制定科学的防治规划提供依据.方法采用分层整体抽样法对8～10岁学龄儿童的碘营养状况(包括甲状腺肿大率、尿碘、智商水平)及居民户碘盐食用情况进行监测.结果甲状腺肿大率、尿碘中位数等主要指标均已达到国家碘缺乏病消除标准,居民户合格碘盐食用率低于标准1.6个百分点,碘缺乏病健康教育状况不甚理想.结论山东省居民碘营养状况良好,碘摄人量能基本满足机体生长发育需要,但需要继续抓好碘盐供应及健康教育工作.同时,建议今后在修订<食用盐>国家标准时应针对不同地区的具体情况采用不同的食盐含碘量标准.

Objective To know the status of prevention in Shandong province,and to evaluate the effect of prevention and provide basis for making scientific program Methods By staified cluster sampling,conducting investigation of iodine nutrition status of 8-10 years old school age chidren(including goiter and urinary iodine)and iodized salt usage instance in inhabitants Results The goiter,the median of urinary iodine are all achieve universal IDD elimination criterion,the rate of qualified iodized salt is lower 3 3 percent than that of criterion,health education status is not satisfying Conclusions In Shandong province,iodine nutrition of inhabitants is good The iodine uptake can meet the need of growth,but the supplement of iodized salt and the healthy education should be taken well next At the same time,it should be suggested that different regions should adopt different usage salt iodine criterion when the national criterion to be revised in future
