雅胆子乳治疗原发性肝癌38例临床效果观察

为了探讨中药鸦胆子乳在原发性肝癌导向治疗中的多功能载体作用，我院从1993年1月～1996年10月采用鸦胆子乳乳化碘油（A组）和单纯碘油（B组）为载体，对38例患者进行80多次的临床对照研究．三年生存期A组为12％，B组为0，结果表明A组的疗效明显高于B组。分析鸦胆子乳载体作用、栓塞及化疗作用，证明鸦胆子乳是一种有发展前途的多功能载体，且使用方便、经济、副作用少，可以在临床上广泛使用。

CLINICAL RESEARCH 0N THE CARRIER OF TAVA BRUCEA MILK UNDER THE GUIDING TREATMENT TO 38 CASES OF THE PRIMARY CANCER OF LIVER

To go further int0 the carrier function in many ways, we used the emulsified iodine oilby tava brucea milk as a carrier to treat the patients (Group A ) and also the pure iodine oil as a carrier(Group B). By studying 38 patients carefully for more than 80 times in clinic, we found l2 percent of thepatients ln group A was able to live for 3 years, but no 0ne lived f0r 3 years in group B. It was obvious thatthe curative effect of group A was better than that of group B. When analysing the carrier function, embolism and chemical treatment, we find tava brucea milk is a kind of promising carrier of many functi0ns.What's m0re, it can be used easily and has little side effect and costs little.
