血脂康与辛伐他汀治疗2型糖尿病高脂血症疗效观察

目的 观察比较血脂康与辛伐他汀对2型糖尿病高脂血症的临床疗效.方法 对60例2型糖尿病高血脂症患者,随机分为血脂康组30例与辛伐他汀组30例,血脂康0.6 g,2次/d;辛伐他汀治疗组:辛伐他汀10mg,1次/d.疗效为8周.结果 (1)血脂康组降低血清TC、TG和LDL-C分别为25%、34%和32%,升高HDL-C为18%;辛伐他汀组降低血清TC、TG和LDL-C分别为22%、26%和27%,升高HDL-C为6%.血脂康组降TG明显优于辛伐他汀组(P＜0.05).(2)治疗后两组患者血糖水平明显改善,而且血脂康组改善血糖有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 在治疗2型糖尿病型高血脂症中,血脂康与辛伐他汀临床疗效相似,调脂效果相当,但血脂康降TG优于辛伐他汀.

Effect of Xuezhikang and Simvastatin on hyperlipemia of non-insulin dependent diabete

objective To evaluate the effect of Xuezhikang (XZK) and Simvastatin on hyperlipemia of non-insulin dependent diabetes(NIDD). Methods Sixty hyperlipemia of NIDD patients were randomized into two groups (each group with 30 patients): a XZK group and a Simvastatin group. XZK group received 0.6 g of XZK, twice a day; Simvastatin group received 10 mg of Simvastatin, one time a day. The treatment was 8 weeks. Results (1) In XZK group, the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C were respectively reduced 25%, 34% and 32%, and the level of HDL-C was increased 18%; in Simvastatin group, the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C were respectively reduced 22%, 26% and 27%, and the level of HDL-C was increased 6%. XZK group is better than Simvastatin group in reducing the level of TG (P<0.01). (2) The blood sugar was abviously ameliorated after treatment in two groups, and in XZK group the amelioration was statistically significance(P<0.01). Conclusions XZK has similar effect with Simvastatin in treating hyperlipemia of NIDD, and the effect of adjusting blood fat is equivalence, but XZK is better than Simvastatin in reducing the level of TG.
