Nd:YAG激光治疗后发性白内障的临床观察

目的：探讨Nd:YAG激光治疗后发性白内障（简称后发障）的疗效，安全性及其治疗的最佳时机，方法：对220例（236眼）白内障术后不同时期，不同类型的后发障行Nd:YAG激光后囊膜切开术，并选用不同能量及方法，观察术后疗效及并发症并进行分析和讨论。结果：增视率为97．5％，术后并发症仅有前房积血3眼，占1．3％，轻度人工晶体损伤8眼，占3．4％，结论：Nd:YAG激光治疗后发障是目前最安全有效的方法，治疗的最佳时机为基础形成后的3－6个月，注意激光能量的选择，聚集及瞄准的准确性，选择适当的切开方法可减少并发症的发生。

CLINICAL STUDY ON Nd:YAG LASER CAPSULOTOMY FOR TREATMENT OF AFTER-CATARACT

Objective:To explore the effects,safety and best opportunity of Nd:YAG laser capsulotomy for the treatment of after cataract.Methods:220 cases(236 eyes) were treated with Nd:YAG laser capsulotomy,with different types of after cataract in different stages,by different powers and methods.The effects and safety were analysed and discussed.Results:The vision improving rate was 97 5%.Postoperative complication included low grade hyphema in 3 eyes (1 3%).Conclusion:The Nd:YAG laser capsulotomy is a safe and effective method for the treatment of after cataract.The best opportunity is 3 6 months after after cataract formation.And it is important to remember that accurate arm and focus,proper power,method of operation,and prompt treatment can prevent complication effectively.
