| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肘关节内外侧联合入路双钢板内固定术治疗C型肱骨髁间骨折的临床疗效。方法采用肘关节内外侧联合入路切开复位双钢板内固定术治疗C型肱骨髁间骨折28例,骨折按AO/ASIF分型:C1型11例,C2型9例,C3型8例。结果28例患者均获得随访,平均随访6～37(18.9±3.3)个月,骨折全部愈合,平均愈合时间3～6(4.2±1.1)个月。采用改良Casse-baum评分系统评定肘关节疗效,优18例,良6例,可3例,差1例,优良率85.7%。结论肘关节内外侧联合入路双钢板内固定术治疗C型肱骨髁间骨折,避免了关节周围组织的过多损伤,保全了伸肘装置且固定牢靠。此外,术后可早期行动,能锻炼,最大程度地恢复肘关节功能,疗效满意。
