藿香正气液对大鼠胃动素的影响

目的观察藿香正气液对大鼠胃动素的影响及其临床意义.方法80只Wistar大鼠随机分为藿香正气液组和对照组,在给大鼠分组灌服藿香正气液或生理盐水1、6 h后:①观察大鼠胃肠运动的变化;②运用放射免疫分析法测定血浆、胃窦和空肠组织匀浆中胃动素(MTL)的含量变化;③运用免疫组化法显示胃窦、空肠组织中MTL阳性产物的分布情况.结果①应用藿香正气液后1、6 h,大鼠胃肠运动显著增强,以用药后1 h更为明显.②藿香正气液明显增加血浆、胃窦及空肠组织匀浆中MTL的水平,及胃窦和空肠组织中MTL的阳性产物的含量.结论藿香正气液有促胃肠动力作用,该作用可能与其对胃动素的影响有关.

Effect of Ageratum-liquid on motilin of rats

Objective To observe the effect of Ageratum-liquid on motilin (MTL) of rats. Methods Eighty Wistar rats were randomly divided into Ageratum-liquid group and control group, At 1, 6 h after Ageratum-liquid or saline was taken, the changes of gastrointestinal motility of the rats were observed, the levels of motilin in the serum as well as the antrum and jejunal tissues were measured with radioimmunoassay, distributions of MTL-IR-positive nerve and product in the antrum and jejunum were exhibited by immunohistochemistry. Results The gastrointestinal motility of rats was markedly enhanced at 1, 6 h in Ageratum-liquid group. Ageratum-liquid could markedly increase the levels of MTL in the serum as well as the antrum and jejunal tissues, and enhance the expression of MTL-IR-positive product in the antrum and jejunum. Conclusion Ageratum-liquid has prokinetic effect. The prokinetic mechanism of Ageratum-liquid is closely related to the changes of motilin.
