丙酮酸钙对肥胖大鼠脂质代谢及肥胖基因表达产物的影响

摘    要:目的探讨丙酮酸钙对肥胖大鼠体重、体脂含量、血脂和血瘦素水平等的影响.方法以高脂饲料诱导大鼠肥胖模型,然后将肥胖模型鼠随机分为4组对照组、低剂量(0.1 g/kg)、中剂量(0.3 g/kg)、高剂量(1.0 g/kg)3个丙酮酸钙组,饲养6周,处死大鼠.观察大鼠体重、睾丸+肾脂肪垫质量、血脂、血糖(Glu)及血瘦素(Leptin)水平等的变化.结果中、高剂量组的动物体重、睾丸+肾脂肪垫、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)及Leptin水平均显著低于对照组 (P<0.05);高剂量组的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)显著高于对照组(P<0.05);各组间的血糖含量差异无统计学意义.结论丙酮酸钙有改善大鼠肥胖及降低高血脂水平的作用.

Abstract:Aim: To investigate the effects of oral calcium pyruvate (CP) supplement on body weight,lipid metabolism and leptin in obese rats. Methods:Male Wistar obese rats induced by high fat food were randomly allocated into four groups and fed with CP at doses of 0 g/kg,0.1 g/kg, 0.3 g/kg,and 1.0 g/kg respectively for six weeks, and sacrificed finally. Body weight of obese rats, fat pad around kidney and testis, blood lipids, glucose, and leptin were measured. Results:Body weight,fat pad weight, TC,TG, and leptin of 0.3 g/kg and 1.0 g/kg CP supplementation groups decreased obviously compared with control ( P <0.05). The level of HDL C of 1.0 g/kg group was higher than that of control. There was no statistical difference in blood glucose concentration among four groups( P <0.05). Conclusion: The results suggest that CP can decrease weight gain and blood lipids in obese rats.
