| 摘 要： | 为探讨细胞凋亡和增殖在胃癌发生中的作用,利用DNEL技术和PC-NA免疫组化染色对130例胃粘膜活检组织进行观察。结果表明,在胃癌和癌前病变,其凋亡指数分别低于和明显高于正常胃粘膜,其增殖指数均明显高于正常胃粘膜;从浅表性胃炎到胃癌,凋亡指数明显递减,增殖指数明显递增。结果提示,胃癌前病变粘膜上皮细胞更新加快,不稳定性增加,通过细胞增殖与凋亡的分离和NDA损伤,可导致胃癌的发生。

| Abstract: | To understand the potentiality of apoptosis and proliferation during formation of gastric cancer, 130 gastric mucosal biopsy specimens were studied by using DNEL technique and PCNA im-munohistochemical staining. The results suggested that from superficial gastritis to gastric cancer,there were a significant gradul decrease in apoptitic indices and a significant gradul increase in proliferative indices. These suggested that accelerated cell turnover resulted in the dissociation of gastric epithelial cell proliferation from apoptosis,and gastric cancer occurred at last. |
