蜂胶除蜡工艺研究

摘    要:目的在不影响蜂胶的主要有效活性成分的前提下,优化蜂胶的除蜡工艺,提高蜂胶有效活性成分的提取率。方法根据蜂胶与蜂蜡的理化性质的不同,利用水提除蜡的方法对蜂胶进行除蜡,以蜂蜡得率和所得蜂蜡层中总黄酮含量为评价指标,通过正交试验设计法对除蜡工艺进行优化。结果优化后的最佳工艺条件:料液比(蜂胶-水)为1:12,提取时间为40 min,冷凝温度为25℃(室温)。结论水提除蜡工艺简单可行,不仅可以去除蜂胶中的大量蜂蜡,还可以提高蜂胶中总黄酮的提取率。

Abstract:Objective To increase the extraction rate of propolis. Optimizing the propolis dewaxing process without affecting the main active ingredients of propolis. Methods According to the differences of physical and chemical properties of raw propolis and bee wax, the progress of dewaxied with water from raw propolis was optimized through orthogonal experiment design method on the basis of bee wax layer yield and flavonoids were determined. Results The optimal conditions included: the ratio of material to solution was 1 : 12, extract time was 40 rain, condensing temperature was 25 ℃ (room temperature). Conclusion Water extraction dewaxing process is simple and feasible, and can not only remove wax in propolis, also can improve the extraction yield of propolis.
