摘    要:连续流动化学是近十多年来发展的新技术。因连续流动化学具有安全性极高、传热传质速度快、自动化程度高和可在线监测及纯化等优点,促进了其在有机合成反应中的快速发展。在放热量较大、需高温高压和环境污染大的反应中的优势尤为明显。本文综述了近年来连续流动化学技术在药物合成中的应用,进一步说明了它的优点和重要意义,也展示了连续流动化学技术在药物合成中的广阔前景。

Abstract:Continuous flow synthesis is a new developing technology in the past 10 years. It has advantages of high security, heat and mass transfer speed, high degree of automation and the advantages of online monitoring and purifi-cation, which promote its rapid development in the organic synthesis reaction. The reactions at very high temperatures and pressures can be safely carried out. Continuous flow synthesis technology in the application of drug synthesis in recent years has been reviewed in this paper, which further illustrates its advantages and significance, and also shows the prospect of continuous flow in drug synthesis.
