香樟叶不同溶剂提取物清除DPPH自由基的研究

摘    要:目的研究香樟叶不同溶剂提取物清除1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)自由基的作用,筛选出香樟叶清除自由基活性的有效部位。方法采用系统溶剂法将香樟叶的乙醇提取物分成石油醚、三氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇和水5种溶剂提取物,采用DPPH自由基体系法测定其抗氧化活性。结果香樟叶的石油醚、三氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇和水溶剂提取物对DPPH的IC50分别为6.003 8、1.329 8、0.398 7、0.346 7、5.087 0mg·mL-1。结论香樟叶不同溶剂提取物均有抗氧化活性,其正丁醇提取物的抗氧化能力最强。

Abstract:Objective To study the DPPH free radical scavenging activity of extracts from leaves of Cinnamomum camphora and screen the effective fraction in the radical scavenging capacity. Methods The alcohol extracts from the leaves of Cinnamomum camphora were divided into 5 parts including petroleum ether part, trichloromethane part, ethyl acetate part, n-butyl alcohol part and water part by systematic solvent method. The antioxidant activity of the 5 parts was determined by free radical DPPH systematic method. Results IC50 of scavenging effect on free radical DPPH by the extracts from the petroleum ether part, trichloromethane part, the ethyl acetate part, the n-butyl part and the water part of Cinnamomum camphora leaves was 6.003 8, 1.329 8, 0.398 7, 0.346 7 and 5.087 0 mg·mL- 1, respectively. Conclusion The 5 extracts from leaves of Cinnamomum camphora have antioxidant activity, and the effect of n-butyl alcohol extract is the strongest.
