| 摘 要： | 目的: 观察长春瑞滨(NVB)加顺铂(DDP)方案(NP方案)治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的疗效及不良反应。方法: 25例晚期NSCLC接受NP方案治疗,3~4周为一周期,2周期后评价疗效。结果: 原发灶CR1例,PR4例;转移灶CR1例,PR5例,总有效率为44%,中位缓解期3.7个月,中位生存期9.8个月。毒性反应主要是白细胞减少(96%),其次是静脉炎(44%)。结论: NP方案治疗晚期NSCLC有效率较高,毒性反应可耐受。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of home made vinorelbine plus cisplatin therapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods: Twenty-five cases of stage Ⅲb to Ⅳ NSCLC received vinorelbine and cisplatin therapy.One course of treatment consisted of 3 to 4 weeks and the clinical effects were assessed after two courses of treatment.Results: The overall response rate was 44%.The medium response time was 3.7 months,and the medium survival time 9.8 months.The most frequent toxic reactions were leukopenia(96%) and phlebitis(44%).Conclusions: Vinorellbine plus cisplatin chemotherapy has a good curative effect and low toxicity in treatment of advanced NSCLC. |
