| 摘 要： | 目的 针对大肠癌不同个体术后筛选敏感的化疗药物，制定出针对性强、合理的化疗方案。方法 对30例病理确诊的大肠癌患者术中取出的活体标本制成单细胞悬液，用MTT法进行化疗药物敏感性检测。结果 不同肿瘤个体，对各种抗癌药物敏感性不同，二药联合应用其敏感性明显高于单药。结论 体外药敏实验能指导临床用药，避免化疗的盲目性，从而提高疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To select sensitive chemotherapy drugs for colorectal cancer in different individuals and institute rational chemotherapical regimens.Methods Pathologically confirmed and surgically resected tumor survival specimens from 30 patients with colorectal carcinoma were made into single-cell suspension and investigated by MTT method for selecting sensitive chemotherapy drugs.Results As different individuals with colorectal cancer have different sensitivity of anticancer drugs,it is obvious that the sensitivity of two drugs combined exceeds that of a single durg.Conclusion We consider that in vitro drug sensitivity test could guid the clinical application of drugs,avoiding unnecessary chemotherapy and finally improveing cural effects. |
