小单孢菌C5308脂溶性活性成分B的分离和结构鉴别

摘    要:本文以“平行菌法”结合“精原细胞法”作为筛选模型,对小单孢菌C5308发酵液脂溶部分的活性成分进行研究。分离得到C5308-B和C5308-C两个化合物。通过UV、IR、MS、^1H-NMR、^13C-NMR及HMBC等光谱分析,确定C5308-B为DynemicinH。C5308-C的结构待进一步确定。

Abstract:A blue compound was isolated from the fermentation broth and mycelia of a Micromonospora strain C530 8by using the methods of parallel- bacteria and spermatogonium as the screening model.C530 8- B and C530 8- C were obtained from the mixture of the extract. By extensive studies of its UV,IR,MS,1H- NMR,13C- NMR and HMBC spectra,the structure of C530 8- B was elucidated. It is Dynemicin H which contains an anthraquinone portion. The chemical name is 9,8,14- [1]buten[1]yl[4 ]ylideneanthra[1,2 - b]benz [f]azocine- 19- carboxylic acid,5,8,9,14,15,16- hexahydro- 1,4 ,6,17- tetrahydroxy- 2 0 - methoxy- 18- methyl- 5, 16- dioxo- ,[8S- ( 8.a,9.a,14.a,17S* ,18R* ) ]- . The structural study of C530 8- C was underway.
